pork knuckle
good god. I think I might have ate the most pork ever tonight. The pork knuckle for two would have fed three people easily with room for four. I shit you not. It was at least one pound. Pictures to come. UNESCO World Heritage sites are so fresh. Thank you Salzburg.

New Zealand?
Joe/Yasmin: Hey, tickets are two for one on Quantas until midnight. Want to come with Yasmine's brother?
me: Sure
Off to New Zealand from February 19th until March 5th. I love all the thinking that went into this decision. It will be summer down there and I've never been to HOBBIT LAND.

farmer's market at buerkliplatz
1 stick of salami 200g of handmade tortellini 150g of handmade ravioli 200g of pecorino 100g of some goat’s cheese —————————————— 39 CHF ~ $33 USD Things can be pricey here. But damn, the farmer’s market was thick with the cheese stands.
