making ice cream
Note to self: When adding hot sauces such as salted caramel to my chilled ice cream base, it raises the temperature and means it can’t be thrown in the ice cream maker until it chills again.
Totally overlooked that one on my part. Now back to the waiting game while things freeze and bases chill. Making ice cream is all about waiting (and eventually gaining weight).
